## Zippland / perler-beads

BEADS incorporates and modifies the cross-brand color-code mapping from:

Modifications in BEADS:

- The upstream JSON records were transcribed into a Swift mapping indexed by
  canonical uppercase `#RRGGBB` values.
- MARD colors remain the sole persistent color identity; COCO, 漫漫, 盼盼,
  and 咪小窝 values are display and export labels only.
- Duplicate brand codes and the upstream `-` placeholder are preserved
  verbatim and are never used as identifiers.

The complete AGPL-3.0 license text and upstream open-source statement are
provided in `LICENSE` in this directory. BEADS is distributed under the same
AGPL-3.0 terms.

## Google Noto Color Emoji

The Emoji bead presentation layer bundles Google Noto Color Emoji as the
canonical glyph source so geometry checks and tinted beads do not depend on
Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, or any other platform font.

The font is used unmodified as a rendering asset. OFL reserved font names are
unchanged. Emoji input remains a Unicode grapheme sequence; only validation
and compositing read the Noto glyph.
